Please Post Your Salmon Sightings Here

Your salmon sightings along Bear Creek are important to us. Everyone will read about what you saw when you post messages on the board. The information will help set priorities, improve habitat, and protect resources.

We would like to learn for each sighting location you visited:
What was the date and time of the sighting, for example, Sept. 27, 2006 at 11:00a.m.?
Number of salmon seen.
Number of alive salmon, number of dead salmon.

Comment on the activity seen:
resting or hiding in a pool
migrating upstream
building a redd
on a redd

(a redd is a "nest" that spawning salmon dig in the gravel in which the female lays her eggs)

Please include any other information about your observations that you would like to share
.

Please begin by clicking the Salmon Message Board link and reading what others have seen.  Then add your new information to the message board by clicking on the "New Posting" button at the bottom of the screen.  Place the location of your sighting in the "Subject" box and then share your information in the larger message box below.  Please include your name and email address so we may contact you if we have questions regarding your posting.
